I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Biology, and I earned a medical master's degree from the University of South Florida. I am pursuing further schooling in the medical field.I am so passionate about science that when I started school as an undergraduate, I became involved with many science-based programs aimed at educating youth about the importance of science and encouraging them to study it.Before entering my master's program, I was a health educator for the Florida Department of Health, where I worked with and mentored youth in the community. With my extensive experience gained through coursework and as a health educator, I am able to tutor physiology, microbiology, general and organic chemistry, anatomy, life sciences, and IB biology. I can also tutor students of all levels in math, history, and GRE test prep.For each student, I develop a tailored plan to that student as an individual. I work to make sure my students are comfortable with me and know that I am their champion. My hope is that they pick up on my passion for the subject I am tutoring and learn to love it just as much as I do.Some of my interests include cooking (especially baking), traveling, music, running, bouldering, and swimming.
